The MIMU Online Photo Archive allows the upload of photos to galleries created by you in your organization's default gallery provided that;
- Photos of identifiable people are used only with the express and informed consent of that individual.
- Photos of children under 16 must have informed consent from the parents or guardians of the child.
- Photos must not show the population as victims but promote both the dignity and the rights of the population.
- In order to protect individuals, even with their consent, names will not be used.
- Specific townships or locations are not permitted. The Photo Archive system will strip all location metadata from the original file during the upload process.
- Photos of individuals shall protect the subject’s right to privacy including medical information about HIV or other illnesses.
- Photos will not be edited or enhanced beyond the criteria for good photojournalism guidelines.
